THE WORLD WITHIN

One-Day Retreat · Springbrook National Park

A journey held on the sacred lands of Springbrook National Park, surrounded by ancient trees, abundant native flora, birds, mystical waterways and the energy of the land.

Held on a beautiful private property in Springbrook, The World Within is an immersive experience created to step outside the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, nature and the present moment.

I have carefully and wholeheartedly created this experience by bringing together some of the practices, experiences and tools that have personally inspired and supported me along my own journey.

There will be movement, breath, nature, nourishment, music, reflection and a lot of connection; creating space for you to explore, experience and reconnect in your own way.

Throughout the day, there will also be special guests bringing their own unique gifts and energy, as well as beautiful experiences woven throughout, bringing their own knowledge, wisdom and unique energy to the retreat. Some of these will be revealed shortly, while others will be yours to discover on the day.

Because this isn’t simply a one-day retreat.

It’s something you experience, feel and take home with you.

Something that stays with you long after the day is over.

A day filled with meaningful moments, nourishing experiences, genuine connection and the kind of memories that become part of you.

And as the day comes to a close, we’ll come together for a very special ceremony, closing the experience with intention, music, fire, connection and gratitude.

Come as you are.

Reconnect with what’s real.

Nourish your body, mind & soul.

Find your tribe.

Find yourself again.

I can’t wait to welcome you into The World Within.

I’ll see you beneath the trees🌿

With love,

Amaya
