Off the back of their debut album ‘The Unbreakable Bond’ Meanjin band the Worm Turns jumps states and borders to play Naarms’ (Melbourne) Mamma Chen's.
The Worm Turns have carved a large swathe in the Meanjin (Brisbane) scene since their 2022 inception. They have featured heavily on 4ZZZ Radio and have played throughout Southeast Queensland.
The Worm Turns brings intoxicating and surreal sounds whilst capturing the heartache and depth of humanity… Lyrically ensnaring the highs and lows of human life amidst this transitional digital world we dwell in.
The Worm Turns will be joined by Naarms’ own Gardenia and Barney’s Bistro.
Mamma Chen’s acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and the Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, the true owners of the land that we live and operate on. We would like to pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
