ONLINE SESSION PREPARATION

  • Prepare a space at home where you won't be disturbed by housemates or pets and connect to surround sound or wireless headphones. Have your camera on and positioned so I can see you clearly at all times.
  • Wear clothes that you can relax in and get comfortable on a yoga mat or bed and have a blanket or socks if you get cold as your body temperature can drop during the session.
  • Be well hydrated and have an empty stomach of at least 3-4 hours and avoid too much coffee or extra stimulants the day of the event and please be alcohol and substance free.
  • Please be on time as there will be important information on the breathwork technique at the start of the session to ensure you get the most of your experience. Using a laptop would give the best experience.
