ONLINE SESSION PREPARATION

Prepare a space at home where you won't be disturbed by housemates or pets and connect to surround sound or wireless headphones. Have your camera on and positioned so I can see you clearly at all times.
Wear clothes that you can relax in and get comfortable on a yoga mat or bed and have a blanket or socks if you get cold as your body temperature can drop during the session.
Be well hydrated and have an empty stomach of at least 3-4 hours and avoid too much coffee or extra stimulants the day of the event and please be alcohol and substance free.
Please be on time as there will be important information on the breathwork technique at the start of the session to ensure you get the most of your experience. Using a laptop would give the best experience.
