Workshop Structure
The first half of this workshop is dedicated to understanding your nervous system and learning ways to optimise your health using the Calm, Clear, Charge model. The second half features Mark’s signature Expansion Breathwork Process, a profound experiential dive into deep self-exploration combining Conscious Connected Breathing, Somatic Alignment, and Activating Music.

WHAT TO BRING
By bringing these items, you’ll be well-prepared to dive into the transformative experience.
- Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. Maybe a small pillow or cushion.
- Blanket and socks are recommended if you tend to feel cold. This will help keep you cosy and relaxed throughout the session.
- Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows for easy movement. You’ll want to feel unrestricted as you explore different techniques.
- Journal for reflection. It’s great to jot down any insights, revelations, or moments of clarity that may arise during the workshop.
PREPARATION
- Have an empty stomach and avoid coffee or other stimulants on the day of the event. Have a light meal or snack 2 hours before if needed.
- Be alcohol and substance-free as this work will produce emotional releases and non-ordinary states of consciousness and awareness.
- Come with an open mind and allow the magic of Breathwork and the power of universal prana to work their wonders.
