In this 2 hour workshop you will be guided, through visualisation, on a journey to the heart of your Yoni, to gain a deep connection to the incredible energy system of your Yoni and gain a deeper understanding of the energy system of the female body - Yin

You will then create a Sankalpa (Sanskrit word for intention)- San = to become one with a desire from the heart, Kalpa = The rule I will follow above all others.

Your Sankalpa can be anything, and may have the essence of what you received from your Yoni Journey prior woven into it.

A Sound and Song Journey will follow.

We will then bring creativity and play into the field to sculpt a Yoni from clay, to ground us in knowing and remembering our sacred centre -Yang
