To make it at success, we recommend that you bring along the following:

- A trusty water bottle to keep you hydrated while you float and bend through your practice.
- Your yoga mat (or you can browse through the marketplace for a new, magical one, cats included).
- Any additional props or tools that are essential for your practice.
- Cash or credit cards for all your shopping and nourishment needs.
- Kindly note that there is a $15 parking fee to be paid upon arrival.
- The more, the merrier! Bring along your closest companions and let's all GROW and practice together.

For the classes or workshops, pre-registration is NOT required and spots will be given on a first come, first served basis. However, a few of our classes do require an RSVP, as our educators will be providing exclusive limited-availability giveaways, as follows:

If you see "sold-out" on RSVPs for classes and workshops offering giveaways, don't worry! It doesn't always mean they're at full capacity – it simply means that the registered attendees will receive the giveaways. You can still join in on the excitement!
