Our classes and workshops combine simple, effective meditation techniques and ancient spiritual wisdom for the modern world. You're invited to explore a variety of meditation styles at The Yoga Expo!

FAMILY & LITTLE YOGIS PLAY AREA
Sharing the joy of yoga and experiencing it at The Yoga Expo with your children is nothing short of a whole lot of fun. Join us for kids yoga, mindfulness crafts, breathing and sensory activities, drumming circles, and fun filled games with the parachute, hula-hoops, bubbles, and more. Each expo has its own unique experience.
