The Yoga Pyjama Party at The Resonance Room

A Friday night mini-retreat of chai, connection, vocal toning, restorative yin yoga, live-looped sound and deep rest overlooking the Tallebudgera Valley.

For this special three-hour edition of The Yoga Pyjama Party, we're slowing things down even further.

Held at The Resonance Room in beautiful Tallebudgera Valley, we'll gather in an intimate retreat setting with a soft cushioned floor and views stretching out across the valley.

Come in your pyjamas, your favourite soft clothes or whatever makes you feel most like yourself.

The Evening

This three hour evening retreat allows us to drop in with each other slowly, rather than jumping straight into the practice.

There'll be homemade chai, a relaxed sharing circle and an introduction to vocal toning, using simple sustained sounds and the natural vibration of your own voice.

No singing experience is needed and there is absolutely no pressure to perform. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.

From there, we'll settle into the Yoga Pyjama Party.

Eva will guide you through a gentle restorative yin yoga practice, with plenty of options to make the experience suit your body on the night.

There is no right way to experience the Yoga Pyjama Party, only your way.

As the practice becomes quieter, Eva's live-looped vocals and instruments gradually build around the room, layering voice upon voice into an immersive soundscape created live in the moment.

Eventually, movement gives way completely to rest.

Warm. Cocoon-like. Nourishing.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this is your permission to do less.

Come alone and become part of the room, or bring someone you love with one of our limited Bring Your Bestie tickets.

$5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Free Feed Fridays, helping support their work in the local community and extending a little of the nourishment from this evening beyond the room.

Come as you are. Get comfortable. Let yourself be held for a little while.
