Join us for our Sunday Sesh event - Based in Merkaba Studio in Cheltenham on Sunday 4th February from 11 am - 2 pm

THE THEME FOR THIS TRIKONA IS....THE BROTHERS SUNDAY SESH

What to expect?

- We'll begin with two familiar faces - Ecca and Áine who'll begin the Sesh with a cup of Ceremonial Cacao from Peru to open the space and allow you to drop in.

- Then we'll have a thought provoking chat from Mick, a dear friend and Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years experience in the Mental Health space. Mick is passionate about helping others, he's sincere, down to earth, practical and not to mention great craic - an all round good lad!

- Next up will be Ben from Connect With Freedom. Ben is an NLP practitioner, a Mindset Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Ben isn't afraid to be vulnerable and share his story that's led him to Freedom and help others along the way. Ben is practical as well as spirtual and is passionate about the power of mindset and somatic releases.

- To finish you will be held in a powerful, healing Breathwork journey with the one and only Helen Forster from Whole Beginnings - the co owner of Merkaba Studio. Helen is a spaceholder like no other. A human who has journeyed deep within herself, turned her Hell into her Heaven and holds space for others to do the same. She is passionate about healing and creates such safety in her presence allowing us to truly surrender to our Breath and innate power

- We'll end the Sunday Sesh with a cup of tea and chat
