The 6AM Movement - Qoya I Am Flow

Qoya is an embodied movement system that allows you to come home to your body through dance, movement and community. There are no moves to learn or levels in Qoya, dance is way back home. It's fun, easy and for all bodies. No experience is necessary. The theme for this class is I Am Flow, dancing and moving with the element of water, and the flow in your life.

About Alison
Alison is a Qoya teacher drawn to movement practices because of the inherent healing wisdom she felt through her body. She has been on her healing journey for many years which became even more important after the birth of her two children, through post-natal depression and now into menopause. During this time she studied a variety of complementary healing modalities that are now part of her healer's toolkit.

Please wear comfortable clothing layers are great, have a drink of water close by to stay hydrated. We end the class in a resting position, which can be laying down on the floor, couch or seated in a chair.
