Along the way they’ll share some stories and reflections, some imagery, and a few lessons they’re learning from watching a tiny human discover the world for the very first time.
There will be laughter, lots of wonder, and absolutely no promise that they’ll actually answer anything. Because sometimes living and playing in the mystery is more fun than having it all figured out.
About Rachel
Rachel Gross is a Vedic Meditation teacher and co-founder of Be Here Nowra, a community dedicated to teaching people a simple practice for deep rest in daily life, easing stress and allowing for more happiness.
Known for her warm, intuitive, and grounded approach, Rachel teaches in a way that is both gentle and direct, with a natural ability to meet people where they are while also encouraging them to discover something deeper for themselves.
She trained under Thom Knoles and continues her study with regular time in India. Her teaching is shaped as much by her own experience as by the tradition itself, drawing on time in the music industry, law, living in different countries, and a number of significant experiences that have added depth and perspective.
She lives on the South Coast of New South Wales with her husband Barron and their daughter Rosie, where their life revolves around family, community, and an ongoing exploration of living more in tune with nature’s rhythms, seasons, and cycles.

About Barron:
Barron Hanson is a Vedic Meditation Initiator who is mastering the art of living through the practice and teaching of meditation. Passionate about bringing people together and creating transformative experiences, Barron focuses on making the world a better place through mindfulness and connection. His training includes 3000 hour teacher training under Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati of the Shankaracharya Tradition of India.
He is also the founder of Be Here Nowra, a community happiness project, a documentary film and social experiment in his hometown. He is currently conducting research on the collective effects of meditation and is always eager to share his insights, whether through teaching, speaking at events or teaching meditation. Barron’s mission is to spread love and positivity through the profound practice of meditation.

A Vedic Wisdom Talk hosted by Barron Hanson is a 90-minute live session designed to open up timeless Vedic knowledge in a relatable, practical way.
