THE ART OF US - A Ritual of Love felt through the Senses
Created by Sundari Temple

Date: 9th August 2025
Time: 6.30 - 10 pm
Location: Mind Body Soul Enlightenment Centre, Level 1/26 Mayfair Place, Glen Innes, Auckland

Not just a workshop — a temple.
A ritual of remembrance and a journey back to intimacy through the senses.

This immersive experience is designed for couples wanting to reconnect, soften distance, or deepen their bond — where love is not spoken, but deeply felt.

Using the five senses as sacred portals — touch, sound, scent, taste, and whisper — you’ll be gently guided into deeper presence, devotion, and connection.

Through a carefully curated sequence of practices, partners become both giver and receiver in a slow, tender journey of trust and surrender.

This is Tantra in its purest form:
Not about doing, but about being.
A space to rediscover the sacredness of the body, the pleasure of presence, and love as a living ritual.

Why Tantra

In a world of constant doing, Tantra invites us to pause and feel.
Tantra is not a technique, but a way of being — a path that honours the body as sacred, and intimacy as a gateway to presence.
It teaches us to slow down, listen deeply, and meet our partner not from the mind, but from the heart.
Through Tantra, we remember:

  • How to be truly present with ourselves and each other

  • That senses can be prayers, not performance

  • That love is not a destination, but a daily ritual

This workshop offers a rare opportunity to drop the roles and rediscover the soul of your relationship — with tenderness, curiosity, and reverence.

Who Is This For

This workshop is for couples who are:

  • Craving deeper emotional and physical intimacy

  • Feeling disconnected and wanting to bridge the gap

  • In love and wanting to celebrate and honour that connection

  • Curious about exploring Tantra in a gentle, respectful way

  • Open to using the senses as tools for spiritual and sensual growth

All genders and sexual orientations welcome. No prior experience with Tantra is needed.
