The Butcher’s Wife is the forthcoming butcher shop, café and neighborhood market from husband-and-wife duo Marque and Erica Collins. The concept brings together a full-service butcher counter, specialty groceries, beer and wine, and a small menu of thoughtfully prepared food—all shaped by our shared experiences, talents and love of hospitality.

Our pop-up dinners offer an early look at what we’re building. For Dinner No. 2, the evening will begin with a seasonal starter, followed by a half roast chicken with fingerling potatoes and aji amarillo sauce. A fresh salad will be served family-style for the table.

We’ll finish with a small cheese plate for dessert, and every guest will leave with a take-home gift from The Butcher’s Wife.
