4 Mats, 6 Hours, and nearly 300 Rounds up for grabs!

A combined 24 hours' worth of grappling rounds makes up our annual Grapple Challenge - a day where we raise funds to run our free weekly MMA Program for Veterans & First Responders on the Sunshine Coast.

Book a 5 minute round against our resident Grapplers, who will on the mats for hours challenging themselves in what they've learnt through our program. If you're up for it - book a bunch of rounds through the day and get amongst the atmosphere.

This is Integrated MMA's 5th year hosting the event, and every year, we see more faces from the martial arts community coming together with the purpose of providing a free space for veterans to train, connect and challenge themselves.
