On the first Sunday of Winter, Liv (Founder of Safe Haven Sessions) invites you to begin your descent into the darkest season of the year... with an afternoon dedicated to reigniting the warmth and the light that lives eternally ~ within you.

‘Come as you are’ on this guided journey home to self, where we will move together through various practices designed to enhance your well-being, including:

• Cacao Ceremony — here, a sacred space will be carved out for you to journey with guidance and intention into the depths of your heart space.

• Guided Self-Inquiry, Intuitive Movement + Ecstatic Dance — moving from the heart space, we expand our awareness to the rest of the body, first through self-inquiring journal prompts to clear out the mind, and from there we begin to give movement to our findings, travelling amongst inspiring soundscapes intentionally curated to spark emotion & aid in your transformation.

• Heart Shares — finally, a co-creation by all attending, this segment offers opportunity to share your findings in a supportive circle setting, bringing forth a sense of relation and connectedness.

It is my intention to have every participant walk away from this event feeling more deeply connected to themselves, more grounded in and loving of their unique soul's expression, and more at home in their bodies, minds and hearts.

About your host:

• Liv Teresa, founder of Safe Haven Sessions, is a self-identified 'Heartist' who is passionate about fostering human connection and encouraging self-reflection, through facilitating safe and nurturing spaces held in both group and private 1:1 settings. Liv is a natural intuitive who holds (and shares generously) a wealth of knowledge born from the depths of her own personal journey with complex trauma and mental health. Liv strives to set an example with Safe Haven Sessions for how we all deserve to be treated, and stands passionate in the knowing that we are all worthy of being supported and honoured throughout the various stages of our lives. Liv's mission is to help as many people as possible to feel 'not so alone' in this dance we call life, and ultimately, to initiate and support those she works with, upon a grand journey of personal growth and healing.

…& while Jenna Joan from Casa Cacao will no longer be journeying with us in-person, her beautiful signature blend Ceremonial Cacao will still be lovingly filling our cups & our hearts. Jenna makes her own cacao from the bean, stone-grinding beans sourced directly from the Solomon Islands. The cacao is alchemised with subtle sweetness and spices to create a delicious and effective heart-opening elixir to help you connect to your centre. Cacao is a stimulating drink that will make you feel uplifted, yet grounded. It is high in a whole host of nutrients and also activates serotonin and dopamine release. Cacao increases blood flow and supports us to shift energy through the body... serving as a beautiful ally for this wholesome afternoon intended to promote self-awareness and empowerment to our innate ability to heal ourselves.

As for tickets…

I have changed the ticket prices to Koha (donation) based, with the lower koha option being $5 to cover the cost of cacao, & $10 which further supports covering the cost of the venue hire.

Please note — this event is about bringing awareness to Safe Haven Sessions’ future events which will be offered at accessible price points, ranging from approx. $10-40 for all regular group offerings.

Additionally, if you scroll down on the ticket page, there is an option to DONATE without purchasing a ticket. This is available for those who would like to support Safe Haven Sessions specifically. All donations will go towards future Safe Haven Sessions offerings.
