Join a network of leaders for presentations and panels to discuss all aspects of public sector capability. Speakers include:

Katy Gallagher, Federal Minister for Finance, Women and the Public Service
As a lifelong Canberra local, Minister Gallagher entered politics in 2001 in a bid to boost women’s representation in the ACT Legislative Assembly. Since then, she has dedicated her career to public life and delivering future-focused policies. The range of portfolios Minister Gallagher holds makes her uniquely placed to lead the Albanese government’s effort to rebuild the public service’s capability after almost a decade of outsourcing and underfunding.
Jody Broun, CEO, National Indigenous Australians Agency
Jody Broun is an Yinjibarndi woman from the Pilbara in Western Australia, who has maintained strong connections to country, community and culture throughout her life. Jody is passionate about social justice, community led co-design, and making a difference through changing the way government does business with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders. In February 2022, Jody was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the National Indigenous Australians Agency. Over the past 30 years Jody has held various senior positions in the government and not-for-profit sectors including Chief Executive of the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO).
