This event brought to you by the Don Dunstan Foundation and FIXE is designed to inform attendees about how MaRS grew into a successful innovation district with social innovation at its core.

Formerly the site of a public hospital, MaRS DD has become one of the most significant Canadian innovation precincts.

In this series, visiting experts and current Thinkers in Residence: Allyson Hewitt and Dr Ilse Treurnicht will share their unique experiences and knowledge gained during the development of both the ‘architecture’ and purposeful vision for Toronto’s innovation precinct MaRS Discovery District.

Light lunch provided.

If your organisation partners with the Thinkers in Residence program you have access to a number of free reserved tickets to this event. Please contact coco.karriem@adelaide.edu.au for more information
