Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the behaviours that you have to manage in your home? Have you felt exhausted and worn out on this journey as a caregiver or foster parent? Do you sometimes feel alone on this journey and wished you had more support?

I have heard several caregivers/foster parents share some of their day to day challenges with me, and this is why I have put together this 6 week support group to support YOU as a caregiver, foster parent or Grandparents raising Grandchildren in your journey.

In this support group, we will have time to learn therapeutic strategies from a neuroscience and attachment lens, time to reflect together and then apply strategies within your home.

Spaces are limited to only 12 caregivers, and you must commit to attending all 6 sessions.

A minimum number of 6 participants need to register for course to go ahead.

Participants have the choice of attending in person or via zoom.
