We will begin the afternoon with a physical opening and mental awareness practice, preparing our space before diving into a transformative Kundalini Activation.

We will move from the heavy to the subtle—from the physical body to the mind, and into pure energy. A sacred space to discover your body, observe your mind, recognize your emotions, and allow your energy to flow freely, awakening the powerful innate intelligence that resides within you.

🧘‍♀️ PART 1: Therapeutic Yoga & Alignment (Guided by Diana)

Structural body alignment and release of physical pain/tension.
Restoring space within the body's systems (nervous, respiratory, and fascial).
Internal expansion and somatic grounding.

✨ PART 2: Kundalini Activation Session (Guided by Karen)

Kundalini Activation is a gentle energy process that supports your body’s natural ability to release tension, expand consciousness, and reconnect with its wisdom.

A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
A guided introduction followed by lying comfortably on your mat with carefully selected music.
Gentle, respectful touch on specific energy points to support your process.
Time at the end fo integration.

No previous experience required. Each person's experience unfolds naturally at their own pace—all you need is an open mind and a willingness to receive.
