Kelly Nicholls is a wellness and resilience coach for women 40+, helping them build calm, resilience and energy through a blend of nervous system regulation, behavioural science and health habits specifically for women at this life stage. She blends a decade of study and practice in holistic wellness with 25 years working and leading in high stress environments and burning out in the process. Kelly also hosts the Wellness Simplified podcast.

Ness Quayle is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and certified personal trainer, passionate about supporting people to reconnect with themselves through somatic experiencing and embodiment. She weaves breath, movement and connection into grounded, person-centred experiences that foster greater awareness and self regulation.
