Breath Work is an umbrella term describing a wide range of intentional and conscious breathing practices to increase awareness, presence and wellbeing.

A little bit about your hosts:

Zoi Amara Rose is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), Clinical Hypnotherapist and an intuitive practitioner weaving together various modalities, including breathwork, energy work, sound healing and shamanic practices to facilitate deep transformation. She works with the unconscious mind, energy body, and soul’s wisdom, bringing them into alignment with your highest vision. Her offerings also include Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Access Bars, Holographic Sound Healing, Plant Medicine Integration & Preparation. Zoi intuitively integrates these modalities where needed, creating a uniquely tailored experience for each individual.

Sophia Barros is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Nervous System Coach. With a background in leadership, psychology and coaching, she bridges science and soul to guide individuals back to a state of inner balance, presence, and embodied power. Blending together Breath with Somatic Psychology, Parts Work, CBT, and Mindfulness, Sophia’s sessions offer a pragmatic yet deeply intuitive space for release, regulation, and reconnection — empowering others to move beyond survival mode and lead from their most authentic, resourced self.

Waiver / Terms

As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practising Breath Work. It is crucial that you inform us if any of the following conditions are relevant to you, as you may require medical clearance to attend:

Pregnancy
Detached Retina
Glaucoma
High Blood Pressure (not controlled by medication)
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to come providing you bring your inhaler to the session
Epilepsy
Perforated Eardrums
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric conditions
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect your ability to engage in deep, fast breathing and / or emotional release.
