The Sacred Unfolding offers a deeply grounding and restorative experience, weaving together gentle breathwork, guided meditation, healing resonance of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, intuitive energy healing and flower essences to restore balance and awaken your inner wisdom as we “unfold” in preparation for the change of seasons.

Join Ema and Paula on this 1.5-hour journey created for seekers of balance and restoration. Rest deeply and soften the body as you receive gentle energy healing combined with resonant sounds that invoke calm, clarity, and harmony. This experience is here to help you:

• Feel your nervous system soften, making space for real, deep rest.
• Let go of emotional and energetic weight you might not have even known was there.
• Clear away stagnant energy so clarity and flow can return.
• Gently refill your cup, leaving you both grounded and uplifted.
• Return to a place where your mind, body and spirit feel in sync, and you feel like yourself again.

IMPORTANT: As this is a sacred space, we kindly ask all attendees to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. The session will begin promptly at 3pm, and the doors will close once we’ve started.

To make yourself comfortable, please bring:
• Your own mat to layer over the studio mats for added comfort and hygiene, along with a pillow/cushion, if you wish (bolsters & blankets provided)
• A bottle of water
• An eye pillow (optional, but helpful for daytime rest)
• Pen & paper to capture any insights during the session

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, as healing sessions can sometimes feel cool. To maintain the sacred energy, please refrain from wearing strong synthetic perfumes and ensure your phone is switched off or on silent mode.

She works with the body’s subtle energies to release emotional blockages and restore balance, using flower essences as a gentle support. Ema, founder of Somatic Sound Therapy, is a trained Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy practitioner with six years of experience. As a multi-instrumentalist and energy healer, she combines evidence-based techniques with intuitive insight to create deeply supportive experiences. Her work also extends into community services, where she helps individuals cultivate resilience, foster meaningful connections, and nurture overall well-being.
