Welcome to the event night of THEY, a narrative exhibition showcasing the artworks of Alison James.

Alison is primarily a printmaker and ink artist exploring mental mindscapes as reality and the enduring nature of our stories. Her narrative-based artworks invite viewers to engage in a dialogue about the human condition, capturing the fleeting moments that resonate with deep emotional connections and unite us in our shared humanity.

"THEY'" is a narrative exhibition examining how others inadvertently impact your story in transformational ways.

She said, "I didn't know I was telling a story. I was just walking through the world, feeling my way through, weaving the heaviness and the lightness of my heartbeats into a landscape where I wandered alone. Sometimes I thought I caught a glimpse of something, heard a whisper on the wind, detected a scent not my own. Sometimes I seemed to be weaving a tapestry of not a SHE anymore, but a THEY."
