This month, we're gearing up to spark your ideas for a potential business, and we'll guide you on turning it into a reality during the ThincHer 2024 program. We're here to assist you in validating your concept and exploring all your entrepreneurial possibilities.
This month we will discuss:
- How to create a business idea that people will love
- Problem identification
- Solution evaluation
- Creative thinking in entrepreneurship
- How to successfully think outside the box
Your Guest Speaker, Wendy Lindsay
Experienced lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled Design Thinker (Stanford trained) and Entrepreneur, with a package of soft and hard skills. Strong capabilities in creativity and innovation, entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity recognition and evaluation, business development for startups/fledgling companies/nonprofit organizations, business mentoring and coaching, workshop facilitation, and entrepreneurship educational courses/program development.
• Facilitation of engaging Design Thinking learning experiences and interactive corporate workshops to encourage adoption of a design thinking and experimental mindset
• Strong entrepreneurship professional with a PhD focused in Social Entrepreneurship from University of Adelaide.
