A casual and relaxed meet-up in Dumfries for neurodivergent adults (no need for a formal diagnosis to attend!) and supporters. Come along to connect, share and belong.

This will be the first of our monthly in-person meet-ups, held on the last Saturday of each month (excluding December). The venue will alternate between Dumfries and Stranraer, starting with Dumfries in August 2026.

Here's what to expect:

No pressure to talk or join in - being there is enough
