Thinking Seminar Series 2024- Taryn Brumfitt

2023 Australian of the Year and award-winning filmmaker and author, Taryn Brumfitt, is a body image activist and a powerful voice for change. She is the director of two documentaries, Embraceand Embrace Kids, which delve into the effects of body image perception for both adults and children. She is a founder of the Body Image Movement and the Embrace Collective, two organisations that were formed to guide the evolution of body image and to reverse the ingrained culture of body shaming and negativity in the global community.
