Description

Want to feel more confident supporting your child online? Children grow up with technology, but it is not always safe. Even with the social media ban in place, there are still risks that parents and carers are not always aware of. This session by ThinkUKnow can help parents and carers understand:

  • What young people see, say, and do online

  • The challenges they may face online

  • How parents and carers can take action

The program focuses on prevention and practical steps to help parents, carers and educators protect children and young people online.

Please note:  This presentation is for adults only. Please arrange appropriate care for children during the presentation. The presentation does include facts regarding online child sexual exploitation that some people might find challenging.
