Third Times a Charm!

Nostalgia hits me at full throttle. You're the only friends I've ever dreamed of having. You were made for me and I made for you.

This event is a social networking event designed for you to stimulate intriguing conversation and make meaningful relationships.

7.00pm - 11.30PM

Come join us on the evening of Saturday 20 July for social drinks, boardgames and Pool Competition at Nevermind Next D'or, Hawthorn. It is a casual, but charming atmosphere, privately booked out for you to socialise among the Lesbian/Queer community. Grab your gin and tonic from the bar and turn strangers into dearest companions. 

Entertainment of the night!

We'll greet ya at the door, tick ya name off and give you a name card. 

★ Pool Competition - Nevermind has upgraded the space. There's lounges instead of tables, fireplace and now a Pool Table. One on ground floor and one upstairs near the bar. Bring your game face!

Let’s settle this. Who is the ultimate Pool Champion! It will be a two knock out round as the length of one game can be unpredictable.

🎱 Ground Floor: Team A v Team B

🎱 Upstairs: Team C v Team D 

🎱 Winning teams from first round will then compete on ground floor. Example: Team A v Team D. The other teams (Team B v Team C) will compete for Third and Fourth Divisions.

🎱 Up to 4 Players. Must come up with a team name.

🎱 Winning team will receive a Messina Voucher 🍨

🎱 A fast game is a good game!

🎱 How to sign up? 

Select: “Pool Competition” ticket and we will assign you to a team! We’ll release teams via Instagram story. 

Please note afterwards: it is $3 per game and good old change will be needed. You can exchange notes at the bar. 

★ Third Bingo! Instead of the name game, we are playing a game of bingo/scav hunt. You'll draw a task from a bowl and it'll be your mission to complete it. eg. "Find someone with the same star sign as you", "Make a handshake with someone and perform it to someone else", "Ask someone this question:..."

★ Nevermind is kindly lending us some board games. Invite someone into your group. Or if you fancy a particular game, you're more than welcome to bring your own.

★ Call me cards: Keep in contact with each other. Write your details down on one of the 'Call me Cards' displayed around the venue and give it to them. It's a lovely gesture, an old fashion trick that works like charm!

This is operating at a licensed venue. Please do not BYO. This event is designed for persons 20+. Photography will be present. Please be mindful and respectful to the venue property <3

If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 - don’t stress! Please, rest up and take care of yourself. Simply just shoot us a message before the starting time and your ticket will be valid for the next event of your choice.

Third Rodeo Background

THIRD provides a safe dedicated Lesbian/Queer space for people in their 20s+ to make connections. The vibe is relaxed, charming, a bit raunchy at times, but most importantly its a safe community. Come solo or with pals - whatever you decide, you will be left made with real connections.

We've hosted several successful events in Naarm/Melbourne, on Gladigal Land Sydney, and now Meanjin/Brisbane. I've personally met all my beautiful queer friends through this. I understand how daunting it may be to rock up alone and speak to people, but you'll soon realise that everyone wants the same thing and that everyone is so incredibly friendly. If you haven't already seen my Tiktoks or Instagram, the vibe is like The Planet from the L Word - HAHA!
