Have you ever known something before you could explain how you knew it?

A feeling.

A word or message.

A subtle shift in your body.

Or simply… "knowing"

And then your mind steps in: "Am I imagining this?” “What if I'm wrong?” “I need more proof.” “Maybe that's just anxiety.”

The Third Eye is associated with intuition, perception, insight, inner vision, knowing and discernment.

But trusting your intuition isn't always as simple as “just listen to your gut.” Our nervous system, beliefs, past experiences, fear, overthinking and need for external validation can all influence how we perceive and interpret what we receive.

This Chakra Alchemy experience is an invitation to become quieter, clearer and more discerning - so you can begin to recognise how your own intuition actually communicates with you.

👁️ THE THIRD EYE & INTUITION Explore the connection between the Third Eye, inner perception, intuition and clear knowing.

🧠 WHAT GETS IN THE WAY OF YOUR INTUITION Bring awareness to the beliefs, fears, self-doubt, overthinking and patterns that can cause you to question or override yourself.

🌿 REGULATION & RECEPTIVITY Explore how becoming more grounded and regulated can create space to notice subtle intuitive information without immediately reacting to it.

🔮 INTUITION & DISCERNMENT Learn to become curious about the difference between intuitive knowing and the noise of fear, anxiety, conditioning, desire or the inner critic.

✨ DISCOVER YOUR DOMINANT CLAIR Rather than simply learning about intuitive abilities, you'll have the opportunity to experience different ways information can arrive - through imagery, sensation, sound, words, knowing and more - and discover the intuitive channel that feels most natural to you.

You remain in control of your participation throughout the workshop.

You are welcome to modify, pause or opt out of any practice that doesn't feel right for you.

You don't need to force a release, make a sound, share something personal or have a particular experience.

Your body, your voice and your boundaries belong to you.

About Your Facilitator: Kat George

Kat George is a facilitator of embodied transformation who supports people in reconnecting with safety in their bodies and releasing emotional and energetic blockages.

Her work integrates nervous system regulation, tapping, meditation, and chakra-based practices to help individuals move through fear, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and embody their authentic power.

Kat’s approach is guided by three core pillars:

Awaken - developing awareness of the body, emotions, and energy

Embody - integrating new patterns through somatic and energetic practices

Union - aligning the physical, emotional, and spiritual self into coherence

She believes that true transformation begins with safety in the body. When we release stored tension and density from the nervous system and energy centres, we naturally access clarity, vitality, and connection.

Kat facilitates the Chakra Alchemy series, guiding participants through a journey of emotional release, energetic alignment, and embodied empowerment.
