‘This Home, This Voice’ Film Screening With artist Helen McCrorie and Maryhill Integration Network (MIN)

As part of Scotland’s Human Rights Festival 2026, MIN presents a screening of This Home, This Voice, a behind-the-scenes portrait of the vital work of community-building in Glasgow, by artist Helen McCrorie with members of MIN.

MIN works alongside refugees, migrants, and people seeking asylum, with a focus on campaigning, wellbeing, and creativity. Helen McCrorie has a passion for documenting community groups and social activities and celebrating grassroots activism. The film evolved through mutual learning and exchange.

MIN’s key principles of providing community connection are vital to achieving a society rooted in human rights for all, where equal participation and representation take part to ensure justice and dignity for all.

Human rights are not just found in the law, they are found in how we treat our neighbours and one another.
