Mind & Body Psychology are excited to be hosting this September Mindful Art workshop for Adults in our heritage, light-filled clinic.
MINDFUL ART WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS:
Are you struggling to find time for yourself? Wishing you could build more creativity and 'me time' into your life and better manage stress, anxiety, and your well-being?
Join illustrator and educator Lou Endicott in exploring how mindful pattern drawing (doodles) can be a fun and relaxing way to unwind and bring yourself into the present moment.
Simple step by step guides will be offered by Lou to give you the tools to incorporate this gentle style of art into your personal kit of calm.

About the facilitator:
Lou Endicott is a Melbourne based illustrator, arts facilitator and surface pattern designer. She is inspired by the natural world and by sharing tools with people to enhance their creative confidence.
With over 25 years as experience as an arts educator and a background in performing arts, Lou aims to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for workshop participants.
In between creative projects Lou works with school groups and the general public at the Melbourne Museum as a presenter and Learning Facilitator.
