Reformer, reimagined. Reformer Space runs 45-minute sessions led on-screen — high-quality video and audio built in advance by their instructors, so every cue is clear and all you do is focus on how it feels.

Meeting time: Meet 5:25pm | Class at 5:30pm OR Meet 6:00pm | Class at 6:15pm
The plan: Pick your session – meet at Reformer Space to check in 5 minutes before. Post-reformer, head to THISBOWL Richmond to (re)fuel together. ~$26 ticket – class + box + bev.
