MOVE WITH MATES

The evenings are ours again – longer light and warmth in the air. Let’s get amongst it, move with mates.

Move with THISBOWL IN MOTION. Ten years on from our first THISBOWL movement event, we’re proud to say that we’re still here. IN MOTION is our community movement series – move, connect IRL and feel better for it.
