This is a 3 month journey including:

3 online circles, on the last Sunday of July, August and September

Weekly prompts and poems sent to you via email

We are going to have fun, get creative and go deep

THREADING THE PIECES TOGETHER involves deep and meaningful self-reflection and the opportunity to hear from others, and share your true feelings and stories

This is not about giving advice or fixing anything, it's about practicing authenticity, creativity and kindness, and allowing your experience to be exactly as it is, and in my experience this can be deeply healing and feel like a huge relief

Our time together in each online circle will include:

* guided, gentle grounding to connect back to yourself and your body
* reflection prompts on a particular theme

* options to share in whatever way you feel comfortable

Every week you will also receive an email with reflection prompts, and poems to read
