Entree: Sate Be pasih - Spiced minced barramundi and spices wrapped on sugar cane sticks
Main: Lawar Be Siap - Traditional Balinese Salad with chicken, shredded coconut and spices
Dessert: Pandan roll - pandan crepes with roasted coconut and coconut sugar filling.
