Join Jules to learn about Balinese method of cooking delicious traditional vegan meals using freshly sourced local produce.
Entree: Tempeh Mendoan, fried spiced tempeh with tomato sambal
Main: Terong Balado, Balinese takes on the Indo favourite spicy eggplants
Dessert:
Pisang Rai, Banana dumpling with coconut and coconut sugar syrup
All meals are vegan and gluten free.
