Three course Balinese cooking class February
Description
Join Jules on a culinary journey back to her childhood to a small village tucked away in the heart of Bali. Step into the world of traditional Balinese cooking as Jules shares the flavours, stories and techniques she grew up with.
Together, we’ll grind and prepare our spices using traditional methods, just as generations before us have done. And along the way, discover the beautiful Balinese philosophy of food where many of the ingredients we cook with are traditionally valued not only for their flavour, but also for their connection to wellbeing and the body.
Come cook, learn, connect and take a little taste of Jules’ childhood home back with you. 🌺
