Learn about the magic of spices and how it can be used as medicine as well as to flavour your favourite dishes.
The classes are hands on class and your participation in making the meals from scratch is a must.
Starter:
Cah Udang - sliced king prawn with fresh lemongrass & galangal served on betel leaves GF
Main:
Be siap suno cekuh - Chicken thigh fillets with garlic, white galangal, lemongrass, chillies and turmeric GF
Dessert:
Jaja Pasung - Steamed rice dumpling with coconut sugar GF
