Three Course Vegan Balinese Cooking Class - July
Join Jules in a food journey through the mountain side of Bali.
Learn about the magic of spices, how to process them to create food and medicine and enjoy a tantalising flavour of fresh, nourishing delicious Balinese meals.
The meals are all gluten free and you will be making the meals from scratch!
Today's menu are:
Entrée: Lawar Kacang - spiced green beans with roasted coconut and Balinese spice mix.
Main: Tempeh Menyatnyat - Tempeh Curry with sweet potatoes and Vietnamese mints.
Dessert: Pisang Rai - Banana dumpling with coconut sugar syrup.
The course is hands on class and everyone is encouraged to be involved. Please avoid wearing white or materials that can easily stained.
