Event description

Three High Workshop with Brenna Day, Ronan Eaton and Sarah Fae

The first half of the workshop will focus on entries, exits and drills. While the second half of the workshop will focus on building our three highs.

For those new to three highs we will learn the technique to climb a three high, the roles of the Base, Middle and Flyer, drills to prepare and how you start learning to stack humans up on top of each other.

For those with some three high experience there will be the chance to get in the reps and look at some different entries, exits and variations.

Prerequisites: a confident two high
