Thrive is a community built by and for people living with acquired neurological conditions, all focused on one thing: living your best life, in your place and at your pace.

Thrive is grounded by the five pillars of Move, Rest, Chat, Mood and Food, which support the “roof” of Mental Health. Thrive focuses on practical ways to rebuild confidence, reconnect with others and put your mental health back at the centre of everyday life.

Our Thrive Speaker Series this year kicks off with a focus on Move.

Move to Thrive - Charlie Cremen

" My work is guided by a simple yet powerful mission: to help others access their own energy, deepen their sense of connection, and fully embrace the life unfolding before them."

Expect a down‑to‑earth, uplifting conversation that honours the realities of acquired neurological conditions while opening up new possibilities for how you move, feel and relate to others. You’ll leave with practical ideas you can try straight away, and a fresh perspective on what fitness and mental health can look like for you.
