Featuring passionate speakers and experts with lived experience, showcasing their resilience. Gain valuable tools and strategies to help you THRIVE.
Monday 5th May - 10am - 12pm - Thriving in 2025 with Craig Hickford
Craig will be your host, sharing his ever evolving story of rebuilding his life and the successes from Thrive 2024.
Monday 12th May - 10am - 12pm - Music and Neuro with Grant Cowan and Kimberley Wade
Following a stroke Grant had Music Therapy with Kim. Together they will share about the power of music to engage neuroplasticity to help him find his voice again.
Monday 19th May - 10am - 12pm - Mental Fitness with Ted Feldbrugge
Ted shares his insights on developing mental fitness and the power of a positive outlook. Skills he has put to the test following a severe spinal injury.
Friday 30th May - 10am - 12pm - Spotlight on Mental Health with Dr. Annie Southern
Annie uses her lived experience of neurodiversity, multiplicity and alternative states of reality to educate in her roles at Stepping Stone Trust, NESP and MHERC.
Monday 9th June - 10am- 12pm - Outside Looking In with Stacey Hickford, Sharon Forrester & Helen Osborne
Hear from the really important people in so many of our lives - the carers. Stacey, Sharon and Helen share their stories.
Monday 16th June - 10am- 12pm - Reflections
An opportunity to share your own reflections with a discussion on how we all plan to thrive!
Each talk is priced at $10, or you can opt for a bundle of all 6 at only $40.
