We are constantly bombarded with things that increase stress levels and mess up our nervous system, constantly putting us into our fight or flight mode. We must balance our self out if we are to THRIVE rather than survive.
Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. These breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and healing. Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension.
We will unlock trapped energy with movement, stretching and zone specific exercises. Then flush out the system and reset with a Breathwork Journey.

- Bring a yoga mat, cushion, eye pillow and a comfy blanket
