Cacao is known to open and allow access to your heart centre, where your connection to self and spirit resides. It can also elevate your spirit and overall vibration. It can bring awareness and healing to emotional wounds. In a nutshell, it really accelerates the breath work experience, taking you into a deeper state of awareness and more open to shifts.Please note that cacao is contraindicated if you have a heart condition (properties of cacao increases your heart rate) and / or are currently taking anti-depressant or/and anti-psychotic medication. It will give you massive migraine and nausea. You’re still welcome to come and enjoy the breath work though! If you have any concerns or questions please contact me personally.**

Kundalini Dance is an alchemical tantric shamanic practice that integrates all our parts in all realms by re-balancing feminine & masculine polarities within ourselves as we dance through the chakras. Once we unify these polarities we become more grounded in the earth & uplifted to the cosmic realms. To reach this alchemical state of integration we apply movement, breath work, sound and energy healing as tools for transformation, purification and spiritual activation.

Patricia is a former Mental Health Nurse, Munay-ki teacher, Kundalini Dance Facilitator, Shamanic Consellour, Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator and Shamanic Minister. Certified and Ordained through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She identifies herself as an Aquarian Shaman. An alchemist, an agent of transformation that is very passionate about assisting people to find their inner shaman so to remember their way back to wholeness and their life’s sacred purpose. Patricia loves to create a sacred container that allows her tribe to feel warm, secure and safe to dive deep within themselves. Assisting them to awaken parts of self that they never knew existed, through breath work, dance, sound and complete authentic expression of all that has been suppressed, whilst journeying alongside of them

Many know Adrian as the Conscious Money Guy. Author of the Yoga of Wealth, he is passionate about bringing together Purpose, Prosperity & Consciousness so that our families, our communities and our planet can thrive in harmony together.For over 30 years, he has journeyed deep into the sacred inner worlds through shamanic and yogic paths.During the last 20 yrs, in the outer world, he's been traveling the path of the entrepreneur through several purpose-based enterprises, from working with disadvantaged youth, to his current role as a prosperity coach & financial adviser, specialising in impact investing.He loves walking between worlds and building bridges to connect them.With THRIVE, he shares some yogic asanas, pranayama breathwork and some universal prosperity teachings to awaken the essence of prosperity within.
