2024 was a lacklustre year for growth and development. The impact on business confidence and the economy has been tough. All too often, we’ve heard people talk about the ‘survive to 25’ theory.

The good news is it’s always darkest before the dawn, and dawn is approaching!

We are here to support not only today's businesswomen but also to grow into an organisation that will support our daughters and granddaughters' in the years to come. We believe in running a business where being our wonderful unique selves is the only expectation; we want to run business we love and where heart and profit can go hand in hand. We want to make a difference and make the world a better place.

I’ve learned two things throughout my career that I’ll stand by until the end of time:

2. In business, an idiot with a plan can beat a genius without one (Warren Buffet)

I bring that combination of mindset and planning to growing NZ Businesswomen and coaching our members. I believe in challenging people – asking them questions that will help them to stretch themselves, dream big, and see the potential in themselves that I see in them.
