Thrive Gala
Event description
Announcing the 2023 Thrive Gala, an evening of inspiration and acknowledgement of women who are thriving despite all odds.
Held during the 16 Days of Activism, the Thrive Gala aims to bring together all corners of the community to uplift the voices of women who have learned to survive and thrive after experiencing violence.
The event will be held from 6pm to 10pm on Friday 8th December at Reconciliation WA and is a collaboration between the United Nations Association of WA, the Zonta Club of Perth, The Perth Foundation for Women, and Zonta House Refuge Association.
The Thrive Gala will be addressed by prominent voices in the field, by community and political leaders, and by individual women who have ‘survived and thrived’ following their personal experience of violence.
Funds raised will be tax-deductible, and will go towards the Cultural Connections Initiative, a Zonta House Refuge Association project to assist Indigenous women as they journey to reclaim safer lives.
