What is this masterclass about?

Great leaders don’t just solve problems—they make informed, strategic decisions that shape their teams, build trust, and drive engagement. Yet, decision-making in people leadership is complex, often requiring leaders to balance team dynamics, individual needs, and organisational priorities.

In this 90-minute live virtual session, you will explore problem-solving and decision-making in the context of leading people, learning how to switch between leadership roles—from guiding and directing to coaching and empowering—based on your team’s needs and the nature of the decision.
