THRIVE Masterclass: Strategic Decision-Making and Problem-Solving

Who is this masterclass for?

This session is designed for mid-level and experienced people leaders/managers (at least 18 months of experience in a people leader/manager role) responsible for making decisions that impact people, teams, and culture.

What is this masterclass about?

Great leaders don’t just solve problems—they make informed, strategic decisions that shape their teams, build trust, and drive engagement. Yet, decision-making in people leadership is complex, often requiring leaders to balance team dynamics, individual needs, and organisational priorities.

In this 90-minute live virtual session, you will explore problem-solving and decision-making in the context of leading people, learning how to navigate team challenges, resolve conflicts, and adapt your leadership style to different situations. You will also examine when to switch between leadership roles—from guiding and directing to coaching and empowering—based on your team’s needs and the nature of the decision.

• Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
