Slow down and reconnect with your child in this peaceful, guided nature walk and mindfulness actvities. Designed for parents and carers, the session explores mindfulness in motion—fostering calm, connection, and presence as you walk along the scenic paths of Buckley Falls and connect with nature, self and each other.

These sessions are best suited for children aged 8 and up, though younger children are welcome. Each booking includes one adult and one child, and your active participation is expected throughout. As we are not responsible for supervising children, a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio ensures everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
